Help the community today for a better tomorrow…
Our community is everything and the younger youth need a better a future. Everyone knows the African proverb ‘It takes a village’, but this does not only apply to children but also grown men. This focus is for men who understand that community does not only involve his immediate family but of those who are within proximity of his home. He is supportive of and not threatened by a strong woman but is secure in himself to engage in positivity with her.
He is not a coward walks away, or who does not take accountability or responsibility for his behaviour. He is open to constructive criticism and understands that in the community there are consequences. It is clear to him that giving back without seeking return or publicity is way more beneficial than jumping in front of every newspaper camera. He reads the local papers or THOUGHTS magazine to be inspired and motivated to reach his goals and seek organizations or resources to enhance his life so he can show up in his community offering a helping hand wholeheartedly. He is developing better self-awareness and learns that life does not revolve around just him, that he is apart of a collective group that makes up his unique personal story.
